IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROPERTY
SORRY NO DSS
If you are interested in the property
First of all make an appointment to view the property with our Sales/Lettings team on the number given below, stating the address of the property.
We will make an appointment to suit our diary and the availability of yourself as much as we can, our normal viewing times are between 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 4pm on a Saturday. Viewings can be made after 5pm with plenty of notice, but we recommend viewings during daylight hours to see the property fully.
If you are interested in taking the property after viewing then speak to the person who is showing you round to take the next step of securing the property.
This procedure is normally to pay your administration and reference fee in the first instance as it is a first come, first served basis, then this will secure the property for you upto a maximum of 2 weeks.
An appointment will be made for you to come into our office and complete a credit check form and provide us with your identification, proof of address, bank statements, payslips and any housing benefit or payments you receive.
Once this is successful then we will seek employers and current landlord references, if you are able to get them in the first instance this will speed up the process.
If everything is satisfactory with the above then we can arrange a move in date for you once the property is ready and all certificates are completed on the property.
On your move in we ask you that you bring in the security deposit approximately 3 days before you are due to move in, so we are able to submit your deposit to our DPS scheme before you move in.
Then on the day you move in, you must attend our office to sign your tenancy agreements, set up a standing order for the rent payment and pay your first months rent in advance (with cleared funds) and sign your deposit protection certificate. We will then make our way with you to the property and move you in, carry out an inventory and take meter readings.
All utility companies and council will be notified of new tenants and bills will come to you in your name.
If you have any questions or queries then please do not hesitate to contact one of our staff.
